In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

John Barfield, age 60 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a revoked bond.

Landon Bolding, age 23 of Guntersville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of probation revocation and probation violation.

Billy Tucker, age 46 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Dylan Edwards, age 31 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of 1st degree receiving stolen property.

Hayden Merritt, age 30 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of conditional release violation.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 101 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
