Centre, Spring Creek and Cedar Bluff Fire Departments were dispatched to a structure fire just after 3 pm Tuesday. When firefighters arrived on the scene, smoke was visible. Firefighters quickly had the situation under control with the fire contained to the underneath section of the home resulting in minimal damage.
No apparent cause of the fire was given.
No injuries were reported.
The home is located on County Road 69 in the Piney Community.
