22 Arrests On Various Charges
From the Office of DeKalb County Sheriff Nick Welden:
FORT PAYNE, Ala. — On Thursday, June 26th, deputies with the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, Reserves Unit, Jail Transport and the DeKalb County Narcotics and Criminal Interdiction Unit came together to perform a saturation in certain areas of DeKalb county. In all, a total of 22 arrests were made.
Sheriff Welden said: “In performing saturations, we look for a variety of things, including individuals who may be impaired by drugs or alcohol, traffic violations or individuals with outstanding warrants. Our main goal is making the roadways safer, which is less for you to worry with when you are out and about.”
