MSgt Jackie Lynn Samples age 72 of Collinsville passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
A funeral service will be held Monday, June 16, 2025 at 1:00Pm in the chapel of Perry Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Samples officiating, the family will receive friends from 12:00Pm till time of service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family.
He is survived by his son, Christopher Samples; daughters, Kimberly Coffee (Nathan), Bridget Bowman (Heath), Jessica Samples; brothers, Robert Samples (Joyce), Richard Samples (Mary), Curtis Samples (Katie); sister, Louise Burgess; grandchildren, Amanda, James Coleman, Morgan, Owen, Jaxson, Eli, Sawyer, James Colton, Cason.
He was preceded in death by parents; Louie & Millie Samples, brothers; Kenneth (Charlene) Samples and Jimmy Samples.
The family requests flowers or donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
