In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Emanuel Kiser, age 47 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of bond revoked-3rd degree burglary, bond revoked-1st degree theft of property, and bond revoked-1st degree criminal mischief.

Ciarra Kiser, age 21 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 2nd degree hindering prosecution.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 95 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
