Jessica was a lifelong resident of Piedmont and a graduate of Piedmont High School “Class of 1995”. She was active in high school where she was a member of the color guard in the Piedmont Blue Knights Marching Band, and was a cheerleader her senior year. She continued her education at Jacksonville State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She started her career at Piedmont Health Care in 2000, and became the most valued and respected registered nurse to her colleagues. She loved her job and it showed by the love she had for the residents and her co-workers. She was selfless and her family always came first. She was the rock of the family, raising her sons to be kind, polite, and respectable young men. She loved animals, especially dogs and always brought home strays to love and care for. She enjoyed working in her yard and keep her house immaculate. She kept her faith in God and was a member of the Piedmont Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Jessica was a beautiful lady and will forever live in our hearts.
