In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Timothy White, age 50 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of two counts of 2nd degree theft of property.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 102 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
