Calhoun County Deputy Michael Dobbins Retires After 26 Years of Service

ANNISTON– The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office is recognizing Deputy Michael Dobbins following his retirement after more than 26 years of service to the citizens of Calhoun County.

Dobbins began his career with the Sheriff’s Office as a corrections officer. He later became a deputy sheriff and served in several bureaus within the agency’s Enforcement Division.

The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office celebrated Dobbins’ retirement Tuesday and thanked him for his more than two decades of service to the department and community.
