RAINBOW CITY– The Rainbow City Police Department is recognizing School Resource Officer Mike Prater as he marks five years of service with the agency.
In a social media post, the department praised Prater’s dedication, hard work, and continued commitment to local students, school staff, and the community.
Department officials also acknowledged the good-natured joking Prater shares with his coworkers. However, they emphasized how much they value his work and appreciate having him on the department’s team.
“Congratulations on 5 years, Officer Prater! We’re glad to have you on the team!” the department wrote.
