PIEDMONT – The Piedmont Bulldogs accumulated 539 yards of total offense in a 52-6 thrashing of Ohatchee Friday night in Class 2A, Region 6 football action.

Cole Austin led the fourth-ranked Bulldogs (3-0). He completed 16-of-21 pass attempts for 237 yards and three touchdowns. He also added 55 yards on three carries with a score.

Jaxson Howard ran for 110 yards on 11 totes with two touchdowns. Noah Bolton added 47 yards on six carries with a score. Isaiah Pinto posted 34 yards on six carries with a touchdown.

Eli Johnson caught three passes for 105 yards and two touchdowns. Mason Morrow hauled in five catches for 40 yards and a score. Aliandre Wright finished with four catches for 74 yards.

Jayden Siegler led the Indians (1-2) with 77 yards and a touchdown on seven carries.

The Bulldogs built a 32-0 lead at halftime and led 45-6 at the end of the third quarter.

Piedmont travels to West End of Walnut Grove on Friday.
