GAYLESVILLE – The Gaylesville Lady Trojans split a pair of volleyball matches on Tuesday. They lost to Spring Garden in an area match 10-25, 12-25, 18-25, but rebounded to take a 25-17, 25-17 decision over Crossville.

For the night, Abbie Bishop managed five kills, an ace, three blocks and two assists. Lydia Reynolds delivered four kills, 14 digs, an assist and an ace. Makenlee Young posted 20 digs and an assist.  Chloe Collins collected 10 assists, two kills and eight digs.

Bayleigh Ratliff came away with three kills, three aces and four digs. Aubree Colbert contributed a kill, seven digs and an ace. Charlee Sentell added eight digs. Kya Green finished with a block and a dig.

Gaylesville (6-6) travels to Woodville on Thursday.
