Charlie Luedee, age 28 of Cedartown, Georgia, was arrested by the Alabama Department of Public Safety on a charge of driving under the influence.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 117 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
