ALBERTVILLE – The Sand Rock Lady Wildcats went 0-4 in the Battle by the Lake volleyball tournament at Sand Mountain Park in Albertville on Saturday. They lost to Buckhorn 17-25, 15-25, Lauderdale County 15-25, 28-26, 3-15, Lawrence County 11-25, 17-25, and White Plains 21-25, 14-25.
For the day, Aubie Camp posted 44 digs for the Lady Wildcats (2-9). Alyvia Browder delivered 17 kills. Maddie Clanton contributed 56 assists and 21 digs. Molly Grace Lay came away with 13 kills and 21 digs. Emma Sipsy collected 12 kills, 29 digs and five blocks. Addisyn McMichen managed 12 kills and three blocks. Macy Martin finished with 22 digs and four aces.
Sand Rock travels to Hokes Bluff on Monday.
