WAXAHACHIE, Tex. – Centre 8-and-under baseball player Jett Helms was named to the World Baseball Classic All-Tournament Team on Thursday morning.
Helms went 12-for-13 with five singles, four doubles, three home runs and nine RBIs for a .923 batting average for Team ATL. All three of his home runs went out of the park.
The event was held at the Waxahachie Sports Complex in Texas.
