A Honda Odyssey and a Ford Taurus collided at the intersection of Highway 411 and County Rd. 26 between Centre and Leesburg Friday morning. Emergency personnel blocked one lane of westbound 411 while investigating the scene.
The wreck propelled the Ford onto the grass shoulder. EMS treated the driver at the scene for possible transport.
The driver of the Odyssey sustained no apparent injuries. The vehicle was eased into a nearby lot as authorities investigated.
Centre Fire Department, Centre Police, Leesburg Police, Cherokee County Rescue Squad, and Atrium Health EMT responded.
