The single vehicle crash occurred when the driver lost control of the automobile; it left the roadway and overturned. According to first reports, some occupants could have been entrapped. At least one of the victims was transported to a Gadsden Hospital for treatment.
The mishap occurred on County Road 19 south of County Road 55 at 6:19 pm Friday evening with Atrium Floyd EMS, Mt. Weisner Fire Department, Cherokee County Rescue Squad and Alabama State Trooper responding.
