PIEDMONT – The City of Piedmont and the Piedmont Arts & Entertainment Committee are inviting the public to celebrate Independence Day during the 6th Annual Independence Day Celebration on Saturday, July 4, at the Piedmont Sports Complex.
The free community event will take place from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., offering an afternoon and evening of family-friendly activities, live entertainment, food, and fireworks.
Festivities will begin with a foam party from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. and bounce houses available from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Horse rides will be offered from 3:30 p.m. until 6 p.m., providing entertainment for children and families throughout the afternoon.
Live music will be provided by FM Revival from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m., leading into the evening’s fireworks display, which is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
A variety of food vendors will also be on site throughout the event, including Brix n Stix, Bubba’s Scoopz Ice Cream Truck, Kona Ice, Main Squeeze Gets Loaded, and Shell’s Downtown, offering attendees a wide selection of food, frozen treats, and refreshments.
Organizers encourage residents and visitors from across the region to attend the annual celebration, enjoy an evening of patriotic festivities, and gather with family and friends as the community celebrates Independence Day.
The 6th Annual Independence Day Celebration will be held at the Piedmont Sports Complex and is open to the public.
