In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

William Davis, age 41 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of certain persons forbidden to carry a firearm

Tracy Pena, age 32 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of 4th degree theft of property.

Jareth Crowe, age 21 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 3rd degree domestic violence and 2nd degree criminal mischief.

Kaylee Crowe, age 19 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence.

Jose Ramirez, age 25 of Dalton, Georgia, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of 2nd degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.

Jamie Covington, age 39 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 88 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
