CENTRE- The Cherokee County Board of Education will hold a special called meeting on Thursday, June 18, at 8 a.m.

The meeting will take place at the Cherokee County Board of Education Central Office, located at 200 Armory Road in Centre.

According to the agenda, board members will address routine business including approval of the agenda, approval of minutes from the June 9, 2026 meeting, and consideration of personnel action. The board will also provide an opportunity for public comments and may discuss other business as needed.

The meeting will begin with a call to order, welcome, roll call to establish a quorum, and confirmation of proper meeting notification procedures before moving into scheduled business.
