Cherokee County Arrest Files for Thursday, June 4

In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Tammy Aycock, age 55 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Tonya Summerville, age 47 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence.

Nevin Nabors, age 36 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree receiving stolen property, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree possession of marijuana, and tampering with evidence.

Heather Bray, age 44 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and chemical endangerment of a child.

Zachary Gossett, age 36 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of chemical endangerment of a child, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Cody Aycock, age 33 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on three previous charges.

Haley Burrage, age 35 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Isabella Smith, age 21 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of revoked bond.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 87 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
