In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Billy Estes, age 47 of Glencoe, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.
Wyman Wells, age 63 of an unkown address, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of public intoxication.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 85 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
