SAND ROCK – The Sand Rock Lady Wildcat volleyball program held a one-day volleyball camp on Friday. Campers learned the fundamentals of the game through drills and competitions as well as worked on coordination.

Current players and coaches led the girls in learning serving, passing, setting, and hitting.

Special thanks to Owens Sporting Goods for sponsoring the camp shirts and Laura and Kevin Browder for helping with lunch.

Head coach Lisa Bates said, “if they keep working like this, the future volleyball teams of Sand Rock will be very successful in the near future.”
