In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Alexander Mayer, age 32 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Larry Riddle, age 55 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on three previous charges.

Steve Aderholt, age 64 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of driving under the influence.

Andrew Warren, age 22 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
