Cedar Bluff softball rallies for 4-2 win at Spring Garden

SPRING GARDEN – The Cedar Bluff Lady Tigers rallied for a 4-2 softball win at Spring Garden on Tuesday.

Paityn Walker posted a pair of hits for the Lady Tigers (5-8). Piper Cromer delivered a hit and two RBIs. Kyriah Vadon singled in a run in the top of the seventh inning.

Mackenzie Kimmons earned the win in the circle after allowing no earned runs on four hits with two walks and four strikeouts. Kendall Birchfield suffered the loss for Spring Garden.

Hayden Parris went 2-for-2 at the plate for the Lady Panthers (5-8). Olivia Messer drove in a run.

Cedar Bluff hosts Sand Rock on Thursday, while Spring Garden hosts Cherokee County. Both games are scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
