In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Joshua Anderson, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Jimmy Ramey, age 57 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of trafficking meth and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard Hubbard, age 73 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of 3rd degree theft of property.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 77 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
