CENTRE – Aiden Bobbitt and Owen Jacoway both went 2-for-4 at the plate with a double and a run apiece. Jacoway also had two RBIs in leading the Cherokee County Warriors to a 7-3 baseball win over Fyffe on Friday.

Nate Black homered for the Warriors (8-11). Adam Griffith added a hit, a run, and two RBIs. Case Hill also had a hit with two runs and a RBI.
Cayce Tittle and Wyatt Baker both walked and drove in a run. Evan Hill walked.

Cam Mayo tossed three innings and allowed just three hits with four strikeouts. Drake Hale and Case Hill both worked a pair of innings. Hale allowed three earned runs on two hits with a walk and two strikeouts. Case Hill allowed just one his with a pair of strikeouts.

Cherokee County travels to White Plains on Tuesday.
