Centre Police Department Holds Monthly Training at Pine Grove Baptist Church

CENTRE, Ala. – The Centre Police Department continued its monthly building clearing and firearms training at Pine Grove Baptist Church.

Training instructors Randy Mayorga and Brandon Thompson expressed their appreciation to the church for allowing the department to use their facility for the exercises.

The instructors also commended the officers who participated in the training, noting that some officers attended immediately after completing a 12-hour work shift. “That level of dedication is not just the sign of a good employee; that is someone with a heart to serve and protect our community,” the instructors said.
