Cherokee Rock Village Launches New Reservation System for Campers

CHEROKEE COUNTY — Campers planning a visit to Cherokee Rock Village will now encounter a new reservation process, as park officials have officially launched an updated system aimed at improving the overall camping experience.
The new system, which took effect immediately, requires advance reservations for campsites located in the Brow and RV areas. Park officials say the change is part of ongoing efforts to manage increased demand and ensure fair access to campsites.
Camping in the park’s middle section will remain unchanged and continue to operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with no reservation required.
Visitors arriving after business hours are encouraged to reserve a campsite online before setting up. Those without a reservation are asked to park in the designated picnic area and check in at the office during regular hours, or utilize the middle section if space is available.
Officials acknowledged the transition marks a shift from previous procedures and expressed appreciation for the public’s patience as the new system is implemented. The goal, they said, is to create a smoother, more reliable, and enjoyable experience for all სტუმers.
For additional information or assistance, visitors can contact Cherokee Rock Village at (256) 523-3799 or via email at cherokeerockvillage@gmail.com. Park staff, including Andy and Cam, are available to help answer questions and guide visitors through the new process.
