Collinsville Rescue Squad to Host BBQ Dinner Fundraiser April 18
COLLINSVILLE — The Collinsville Rescue Squad will host a community BBQ dinner fundraiser on Saturday, April 18, 2026, offering residents an opportunity to enjoy a meal while supporting local emergency services.
The event is scheduled from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Collinsville Rescue Squad Building. Attendees will have the option of a barbecue pork or chicken quarter plate.
Each dinner will include baked beans, coleslaw, a roll, as well as a choice of dessert and a drink.
Tickets are priced at $10 per plate and can be purchased in advance from any Collinsville Rescue Squad member. Organizers say proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward supporting the squad’s operations and ongoing service to the community.
