COLLINSVILLE – The Collinsville Lady Panthers pounded out 15 hits and took a 14-6 area softball win over Sylvania on Wednesday.

Lexii Burt led the Lady Panthers (3-7) by going 3-for-4 with a walk, a run, and a RBI. Halle Peek was 2-for-2 with a double, a walk, a run, and two RBIs. Gabriella Whitmore went 2-for-3 with four runs and two RBIs. Maelee Barkley was 2-for-3 with two walks, two runs, and two RBIs. Aubrey Reeves went 2-for-4 with a double, two runs and a RBI. Jemma Smith was 2-for-5 with a RBI.

Bella Wills added a hit, a walk, a run, and two RBIs. Brayleigh Smith contributed a hit, a run and a RBI.

Smith also earned the win after tossing all seven innings. She gave up six earned runs on 12 hits with no walks and four strikeouts.
