In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Edward Johnson, age 51 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Brian Morgan, age 40 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Aaron Daniel, age 24 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 3rd degree domestic violence and interference with a domestic violence emergency call.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 81 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
