Boaz Police Arrest Suspect on Stephens Street; Investigation Ongoing

BOAZ — Officers with the Boaz Police Department, working alongside the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Marshall County Drug Task Force, executed an arrest warrant earlier today at a residence located at 917 Stephens Street in Boaz.

Authorities reported that the suspect was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Boaz Police Department for processing.

According to Boaz Police Chief Mike Turner, the operation was carried out safely with assistance from partnering agencies. Officials emphasized that there is no ongoing threat to the public related to the incident.

The case remains under investigation, and law enforcement officials said additional information may be released as it becomes available.
