In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Jamie Kimmons, age 42 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of the unauthorized use of a vehicle.

William Smith, age 60 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of harassment-family.

Denisha Sluss, age 44 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Micah Flores, age 18 of Cave Spring, Georgia, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and the attempted distribution of marijuana.

Christina Filmore, age 43 of Daphne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Terry Wood, age 60 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 82 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
