COLLINSVILLE – The Collinsville Panthers scored the game-winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning to take a 5-4 baseball victory over Etowah on Tuesday.
Jeremiah Killian collected a pair of hits for the Panthers (2-1), including a double. He also walked, scored a run, and drove in two more. Jacob Niles added a hit, a walk, and a RBI. Colton Pettus contributed a hit and a RBI.
Brantley Daugherty earned the win for the Panthers.

He tossed five innings and surrendered two earned runs on four hits with a walk and eight strikeouts.
