First Baptist Centre will host Revival Meetings March 1–4, inviting the community to gather for a time of prayer and spiritual renewal while seeking God’s movement across Cherokee County.
Services will begin Sunday, March 1, during the church’s 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. morning worship services, featuring Ricky Pollard of Cherokee County, with special music by the FBC Praise Band. An evening service will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Daniel Wilson of the Alabama State Board of Missions and special music from the FBC Choir and congregational hymns.
Revival services will continue Monday, March 2, and Tuesday, March 3, at 6:00 p.m., with guest speaker Kevin Hamm of Gardendale First Baptist Church. Special music will be provided by the FBC Praise Band.
The final service will be held Wednesday, March 4, at 6:00 p.m., featuring guest speaker Jarmon Leatherwood, president of the Alabama State Baptist Convention, with special music led by the FBC Youth Praise Band.
Each night, children in kindergarten through sixth grade are invited to attend Children’s Revival services led by Jan Renfro of The Station Church. Nursery care will be available for babies through preschool.
Church leaders emphasize that true revival comes from God and is often ignited through prayer. The community is encouraged to attend and join in seeking renewal, strengthened faith, and a deeper passion to serve and share the love of Christ throughout Cherokee County.
