ALEA Issues Alert for Missing Florence Man
FLORENCE — The Florence Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 86-year-old man.
According to an alert issued by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Community Information Center, William Ray Dillard was last seen Feb. 5 in the area of Smith Wood Apartments in Florence. Authorities say Dillard is believed to be living with a condition that may impair his judgment.
Dillard is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 190 pounds, with brown eyes and gray or partially gray hair.
