Ms. Paula Kay Waddell age 77 of Dawson, Al. passed away on Wednesday, January 21st at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Ga. following an extended illness.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 8th in the Perry Funeral Home Chapel.
She was born at Fort Benning in Columbus, Ga and grew up and spent most of her life in Centre, Al.
She is survived by her sons Jarrod Matthew Hayden (Laci), Jeremiah Shea Ward (Kirsten), Samuel Benjamin Ward, sister Barbera Gail Vess (Kenneth), brother Joel Lee Waddell (Christy), grandchildren Dylan Hayden, Lindsey Hall (Tim) Hank Hayden, Ivan Ward, William Ward and great-grandson Colter Hall, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Norman Edward and Pauline Pilgrim Waddell and her son James Wesley Hayden, brothers David Waddell, Steve Waddell, Tim Waddell, and sister Janie Waddell Tucker.
