SAND ROCK = Sand Rock senior Macey Pruitt posted 17 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Class 2A, No. 4 Sand Rock Lady Wildcats to a 53-46 basketball victory on senior night Tuesday.
Hadlie Weaver had 16 points, including four 3-pointers, for the Lady Wildcats (20-10). She also had six rebounds. Maddie Clanton contributed 10 points and 12 rebounds. Kaylee Burns posted four points and Molly Grace Lay dished out six assists.
Sand Rock hosts the Class 2A, Area 13 tournament beginning on Friday. The Lady Wildcats take on Pleasant Valley at 5:30 p.m.
