In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Dustin Highfield, age 45 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving under the influence and resisting arrest.

Kimberly Dean, age 57 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence.

Charles Garner, age 41 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on hold for another agency.

Billy Estes, age 46 of Glencoe, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on previous charge.

Jonathan Culver, age 42 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree theft of property and for failure to appear on four previous charges.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 94 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
