In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Laura Pflanz-Green, age 43 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a grand jury indictment-revoked bond-unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

William Green, age 55 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a grand jury indictment-revoked bond-unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Paris Miller, age 51 of Chicago, Illinois, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 1st degree theft by deception.

Howard Dodd, age 37 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of alias writ of arrest (revoked bond-the unlawful possession of a controlled substance).

Amanda Ivey, age 44 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of two counts of probation revocation.

Wesley Quarles, age 37 of Southside, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of three counts of revoked bond.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 88 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
