Reported on information first reported by the Rome News-Tribune

Rome-Four individuals were arrested Tuesday following two separate drug enforcement operations carried out by the Rome-Floyd Metro Task Force in East and West Rome, according to information released by local authorities.
Investigators executed a “knock and announce” search warrant Tuesday morning at a residence on Flannery Street in East Rome. As a result, Brian Collin McKinney, 41, and Amanda Dawn Fricks, 36, were taken into custody. A second search warrant was executed later that afternoon on Wingfield Street in West Rome, leading to the arrests of Isaac Edward Moore, 52, and Jamya Shamera Moore, 20.
Authorities say the searches yielded significant quantities of illegal drugs, cash, and multiple firearms. During the East Rome operation, officers recovered approximately half a pound of methamphetamine, Tramadol tablets, about two ounces of marijuana, seven handguns, an AR-style rifle, and $3,258 in cash.
McKinney and Fricks are facing multiple charges, including methamphetamine trafficking, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of Tramadol, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, along with additional charges.
In the West Rome search, investigators seized approximately 143 grams of heroin, 61 grams of cocaine, five grams of fentanyl, marijuana, and two firearms. Isaac and Jamya Moore have been charged with felony trafficking heroin and fentanyl, possession of heroin and fentanyl with intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm during the commission of certain crimes.
Rome Police Department Public Information Officer Kelly Madden credited the success of the investigation to cooperation among multiple agencies, including the Rome-Floyd Metro Task Force, North Georgia High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force, Rome-Floyd SWAT Team, Rome Police Department, Floyd County Police Department Special Enforcement Unit, and the Georgia State Patrol.
As of Wednesday, all four suspects remained in jail without bond.
