ASHVILLE – Maddie Clanton delivered 28 points, seven rebounds, and four steals to lead Class 2A, No. 4 Sand Rock to a 68-58 victory at Ashville on Thursday.

Molly Grace Lay came away with 21 points, five steals, and five assists for the Lady Wildcats (15-9). Macey Pruitt posted eight points and seven boards. Paitlyn Hughes also had eight points and six rebounds. Kaylee Burns grabbed seven boards.

Sand Rock jumps back into area action on Friday by hosting Pleasant Valley beginning at 4:30 p.m.
