Darryl Hamilton, age 74 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Eric Petty, age 29 of Huntsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a probation revocation.

Donald Nichols, age 62, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Christopher Silvers, age 37 of LaFayette, Georgia, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of a hemp product, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
