In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Ashley Niskern, age 39 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, assault with bodily fluids, and 3rd degree criminal mischief.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 82 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
