In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Jeffrey Smith, age 23 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of attempting to elude.

Jacob Dyer, age 24 of Cypress, Texas, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of 4th degree theft of property.

Brandon Sullins, age 33 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 93 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
