ROME, Ga.– A Centre man was arrested Sunday in Floyd County, Georgia, on multiple failure to appear charges.
According to the Floyd County Police Department, 37-year-old William Richett of County Road 713 in Centre was taken into custody on December 28 at Park at Old Rockmart Road in Rome.
Richett is charged with two counts of failure to appear, both misdemeanors. Jail records indicate both charges have been cleared by arrest.
No further information has been released.
