FORT PAYNE, Ala.- The Fort Payne Police Department has identified the driver responsible for an incident that damaged a brick wall with an SUV Tuesday night.
According to police, the incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. in the parking lot behind Tiger Lily and Patterson’s Music. The SUV struck and destroyed a portion of the brick wall before leaving the scene.
Fort Payne Police located the driver following an investigation. No injuries were reported. Additional details have not been released.
