City of Collinsville Reports Phone Outage at City Hall and Police Department

COLLINSVILLE — The City of Collinsville is advising residents that phone lines at City Hall and the Collinsville Police Department are currently down.

City officials said the outage is affecting the ability to receive calls at both locations. Residents with emergencies are urged to call 911 to reach emergency services.

The city said it is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will provide updates once phone service is restored.
