In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Dave Bankston, age 23 of Centre, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on hold for another agency.

Tonya Regalado, age 53 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eric Williams, age 40 of Centre, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 89 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
