In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Gina Jones, age 34 of Bowden, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of resisting arrest and for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Donnie Maddox, age 42 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Audra Croft, age 43 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 94 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
